Choose your sessions ahead of time

Look over the daily schedules and identify the sessions you would like to attend. Some of the session rooms may fill up quickly, so choose a “Plan B” just in case.

Trading Pins

NEW this year! Check your swag bag for a set of mental health trading pins, developed in partnership with Big Moods. Love what you got? Guess what, more designs abound! As you meet new people, trade pins to give yourself a diverse set of designs to take home.

Photography

There will be photographers taking photos and videos (both candid and posed) through the conference that may be used in Active Minds promotional materials. If you would prefer to not appear in organizational promotional materials, please alert a staff member at the Registration Desk.

Quiet and Relaxation Room

Need a quiet space to unwind? Sponsored by Vibrant/988, our Quiet and Relaxation Room is available (California). Guests are asked to limit conversation and speak in subdued tones. Phone calls are not allowed and all portable electronic devices must be muted or used with headphones.

Mental Health Support

Mental health clinicians have donated their time to serve on an on-call basis during conference hours to provide mental health support. If you or someone you know needs support, please go to the Registration Desk and one of our staff members will connect you with a clinician.
